RDP 8313L is a Redispersible Polymer Powder (RDP) specifically designed for self-leveling mortar. It is primarily derived from VAE (Vinyl Acetate-Ethylene) emulsion through spray drying. The Dexnyl PEEK semi-finished products of BIEGLO offer a temperature resistance up to 240 °C, as well as resistance to radiation and chemical substances. We offer wide range of PEEK Semi finished products e.g. rods, tubes, sheets, filaments, films and more. In addition to natural PEEK, BIEGLO can also offer PEEK compounds, such as reinforced PEEK with carbon fibers, glass fibers or PTFE and tribological compounds with a mix of PTFE, carbon fibers and graphite. CoPEEK 085P is low viscous, unreinforced PEEK for the extrusion of films and filaments. It is also used as the basis for compounds and composites.
Our CoPEEK can be processed on machines for thermoplastics without any problems. We recommend a processing temperature of 360 °C to 380 °C.
